At an appropriate interval, I meet formally with the Sponsor and the Executive Team, to review the effectiveness of the Workshop.

The main objectives of the Review are to assess progress against the formal action-plan, assess benefits achieved or potential, and identify any reinforcement action required.

The Review phase can usually be completed in a one-day meeting.
