In my experience, a strategy or plan has little practical value unless it has been developed by the management team which it is intended to support.

Executive commitment is essential for success, and this only comes from direct involvement in strategy development and planning.

Executive management must therefore be prepared, as a working team, to invest the necessary time.

Once this commitment is assured, an appropriate process is vital to guide and support the development of effective strategies and plans.

Thus the focus of my consultancy method is to mobilise and support the direct involvement of client management, through the use of a structured, interactive process.

The process is conducted in workshop mode, facilitated by myself.

The result is a highly concentrated team effort which establishes the key parameters for effective corporate management, over the strategic plan period.
